TERMS OF SERVICE
To ensure that you enjoy the highest standards of quality and service during your visits to JungleTails.com, we encourage you to read through the following information before you register. These legal notices spell out the terms and conditions to which JungleTails.com Members and Non-members are expected to adhere.

Content: The JungleTails.com website provides the content on this site for the personal, non-commercial use by viewers, fans, visitors, members and/or potential subscribers of JungleTails.com ("Permitted Users"). Any other use by any other party or entity is expressly prohibited. Permitted Users of JungleTails.com are granted a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print one copy of any of the information made available for downloading found on this site for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of JungleTails.com, or any material located on it, is strictly prohibited. In addition, Permitted Users of JungleTails.com may not: (i) modify any of the materials found in any area of JungleTails.com; (ii) use any of the materials found in any area of JungleTails.com for any public display, performance, sale or rental; (iii) remove, modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or trademarks from any of the materials found in any area of JungleTails.com; or (iv) otherwise transfer any material located in any area of JungleTails.com to any other person or entity for commercial use. JungleTails.com reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach or violate any provision of this Terms of Use agreement, in which case you will be obligated to immediately destroy any information or materials you have downloaded, printed or otherwise copied from this site. JungleTails.com reserves all other rights coincident or related to this site and the publication of content therein.

Registration and Security: As part of the registration process, Subscriber will be issued a username and password. Subscriber shall provide JungleTails.com with accurate, complete and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of Subscriber's account.

(a) Subscriber shall notify JungleTails.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of Subscriber's account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of Subscriber's password or credit card information. (b) Subscriber shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Subscriber's password. Subscriber must be 18 years or older to subscribe to the Service.
Each Subscriber is responsible for all usage or activity on the JungleTails.com website. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of Subscriber's account, at JungleTails.com sole discretion, and Subscriber may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Fees and Payments: JungleTails.com reserves the right at any time to charge fees for access to portions of the service or the service as a whole. In the event that JungleTails.com so elects, it shall post notice in the Member Services Area. Subscriber shall pay all fees and charges incurred through Subscriber's account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through the Service by JungleTails.com or by any other vendor or service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by Subscriber. Subscriber shall pay all applicable taxes relating to use of the Service through Subscriber's account. Subscriber's right to use the Service is subject to any limits established by JungleTails.com in its sole discretion.

Subscriber will not receive access to any service until subscription fees have been received by JungleTails.com. Subscription fees are not refundable in whole or in part, even in the event Subscriber's account is terminated. In the event of termination, Subscriber's account will remain active through the end of the subscription term. Subscriber understands that all Memberships renew automatically at the end of their subscription period until the Subscriber requests a cancellation.

Termination: Subscriber may terminate Subscriber's account at any time by requesting cancellation by logging into their PayPal account at www.paypal.com, finding the original transaction when they signed up for the subscription and clicking on the cancel subscription button. If Subscriber is unable to cancel his subscription on PayPal, they can send an email to the site administrator at Customer Service along with their JungleTails.com user ID and password requesting cancellation and we will cancel their subscription for them. Subscriber will retain access through the duration of their subscription term. Subscriber is responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is deactivated. JungleTails.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend Subscriber's access to all or part of the Service for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of the Subscriber Agreement, or assignment of the Subscriber Agreement by Subscriber.

Members of the JungleTails.com acknowledge that site administrators have the right to terminate membership without notice for any user who restricts, inhibits or disrupts any Membership event or attempts to alter or improperly access any feature or function of the site. A user's membership may also be subject to termination if the user posts or transmits any illegal content; harasses or threatens any JungleTails.com member or JungleTails.com employee; posts content (including the creation of usernames) that is offensive or otherwise disruptive of JungleTails.com's activities; posts unsolicited advertising; or improperly impersonates an JungleTails.com employee or other individual.

PRIVACY POLICY
JungleTails.com respects your privacy. Information provided by Members and non-Members will not be sold or given to any third parties or to any other Members or non-Members of the site. We use personal information or profile information you provide to us to fulfill your order or request; to provide you with information about JungleTails.com and to contact you when necessary.

Information We Collect: JungleTails.com receives and stores all information that you enter on our website. This includes: url you are purchasing goods or services from, your e-mail address, your first name, your last name, your address, your city, your state, your zip, your country, and your agreement to be bound by JungleTails.com terms and conditions. We use the information that you provide to respond to customer service inquiries and communicating with you. Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
